You know that feeling of disappointment when you read a hyped up book only to find out it wasn’t as great as you’d hoped? That’s how I felt when I read The Girls by Emma Cline last December. So you’re disappointed that this book that had potential, that you wanted to love but didn’t doesn’t exist in some other form. So I’ve been very bad at keeping up with memes on my blog. I always plan on setting up a queue of them so I don’t have to think about what I’m posting, but then I forget by the time the first queue is over.
Maybe I’m just not doing memes that interest me.
So I’m going to experiment with some new memes on the site and we’ll see how it goes (fingers crossed it goes well).
