Top Ten Platonic Relationships in Books

Top 10 Tuesday

Top Ten Tuesday is a bookish meme/feature created by The Broke and the Bookish but is now hosted by The Artsy Reader

This week’s Top Ten Tuesday theme is a Freebie so I decided to choose a theme I missed a few weeks back, Platonic Relationships in Books! I absolutely loved this theme when it came out but forgot to actually make a post that week. It was surprisingly difficult to think of my favourite platonic relationships in books. I think it’s a problem with a lot media, putting so much attention on romantic relationships and so little on others. I only came up with four, how many can you come up with?

Top Ten Four Platonic Relationships in Books

  1. Howl and Michael – Howl’s Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones
  2. Paige Mahoney and Jaxon Hall – The Bone Season series by Samantha Shannon
  3. Victor Vale and Syndey Clarke – Villains series by V.E. Schwab
  4. Zoey and Marion – Sawkill Girls by Claire Legrand
